Prior to establishing Pashouses, Junghans was the founder & CEO of MAN Real Estate. He brought in over 70 million dollars of investment into the Indonesian property market & restructured bad property loans.

Junghans is the best graduate ( first class honors ) from the Department of Economics & Management at Oxford University, then received an MBA (real estate) from Harvard Business School.
