Nano Adi's work experience includes:

- Previously worked as a Skills Trainer at Terampil starting from February 2021.

- Worked as a Certified Business Coach at Global Leadership Center from March 2018.

- Held the position of Head of Sales, Training and Development at OYO Indonesia from February 2019 to July 2021.

- Served as the Vice President of BidBox at MPM Group from November 2017 to February 2018.

- Worked as the Head Of Sales at Carmudi Indonesia from May 2015 to July 2016.

- Served as the Branch Manager at Subaru Industrial Power Products from July 2014 to April 2015.

- Held multiple roles at Indomobil Nissan, including B2B Sales Head from April 2012 to June 2014, Sales Supervisor from November 2010 to March 2012, and Sales Executive from April 2010 to October 2010.

Soesena "Nano" Adi completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) in 2009. In addition to their formal education, Nano Adi has obtained various certifications including a Professional Certification from the Body for Indonesia Broker Property, a Business Coach Certification from the Global Leadership Center, and an IELTS certification from the British Council in 2015.
