Leslie Sedgeman

Leslie Sedgeman, PhD, PMP, currently serves as the Head of Operations at Pasito since January 2025. Prior to this role, Leslie worked at Nuanced Health as a Scientist, managing obesity and metabolism research projects and developing an in vitro screening platform. Previous experience includes serving as Outreach Lead and Media & Marketing Associate at Biotech Connection Los Angeles, where Leslie coordinated outreach initiatives and created educational content. As a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at UCLA, research focused on bile acid biology and glucose metabolism, along with leadership in the Postdoctoral Association to enhance the postdoctoral community. Leslie holds a Ph.D. in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Vanderbilt University and a B.A. in Chemistry from Vassar College.
