Keith Ray

Keith Ray serves as the Tribal Secretary for the Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians since September 2020. Previously, Keith owned and operated Killer Dutch, a hybrid advertising agency and production company, from January 2016 to May 2024, creating broadcast-quality content for a range of brands. Keith's experience includes working as a Video Editor for Bleacher Report's Fantasy Football live show at Turner Broadcasting System, an Assistant Editor for ITV's Hell's Kitchen, and a Director/Editor for Downtown Films Las Vegas, where video and multimedia content were delivered to various clients. Additional experience includes serving as a Non-Union Casting Director and providing freelance graphic design services. Educational background includes studies at the College of Southern Nevada and Shasta College.
