Kameran Rowley

Kameran Rowley, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries, demonstrating strong skills in recruitment, human resources, and management. From 2017 to 2019, Kameran worked at Kennedy Club Fitness as a House Keeping Supervisor, where they recruited and mentored a team, monitored staff performance, and created staff schedules. From 2018 to 2019, they also worked as an Assistant Preschool Teacher at Stars Infant & Preschool. In 2018, Kameran had a brief role as a Paraeducator for the summer school program at Paso Robles Joint Unified School District. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at MGE Underground, Inc. in various HR roles, including HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, and Recruiter/HR Specialist. In this position, they developed relationships with clients and focused on performance, safety, and quality of work. Alongside their corporate experience, Kameran has also worked in the service industry, holding roles such as Server at The Steakhouse and Banquet Server at The Paso Robles Inn. They also worked as a Server at Martin Resorts' Tetto Rooftop Bar and held multiple event-related positions. In 2021, Kameran served as the Social Media Marketing Manager for Coops Candle Co., managing the company's social media presence and achieving significant growth. Currently, Kameran is the Head Coach for J.V. Cheer at Paso Robles Joint Unified School District and also works as a Creative Development Specialist for MMTR LLC, providing freelance work for J. Farber's personal brand and real estate educational brand.
