Sophie Flemion

Sophie Flemion is an experienced educator and coach with a strong background in physical education and equine activities. Currently serving as a Long Term Substitute Teacher at Paso Robles Joint Unified School District since January 2018 and a Substitute Teacher at Coast Unified School District since November 2017, Sophie has developed valuable teaching skills. In addition to teaching, Sophie has been involved in equine care as a Stable Hand at San Simeon Arabians since February 2017 and completed a volunteer internship with MARE, assisting horse riders in 2016. Sophie's coaching experience includes roles as an Assistant Coach at Valley Sand Volleyball Academy and a Non-Travel Assistant Coach at Bakersfield Volleyball Club, both focused on developing young athletes. Sophie holds a Single Subject Credential in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Brandman University and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Bakersfield.
