Currently serving as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at PASONA India Private Limited since March 2022, Varunika previously held the position of Human Resources Executive. Varunika's career began as a Human Resources Trainee at Investors Clinic from August 2021 to January 2022, focusing on placement, recruitment, and other HR activities. Additionally, Varunika gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Growth My Life Green Foundation from June 2021 to December 2021. Academically, Varunika holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Dayalbagh Educational Institute, completed in April 2022, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the same institution, earned in April 2020. Further education includes completion of 12th grade in commerce at Simpkins School in 2017.
