Kenji Furushiro

Kenji Furushiro's work experience includes their current role as Executive Officer for the North Americas at Pasona Group Inc. Kenji has been with the company since 2022. Prior to this, Kenji held various positions at Pasona N A, Inc., including President & COO from 2016 to present, Business Development Manager from 2008 to 2013, Business Development Executive from 2007 to 2008, and Business Development Representative from 2006 to 2007. Before working at Pasona N A, Inc., Kenji worked as a Sales Representative at J. Morita Corporation from 1996 to 1999. In this role, they were responsible for selling dental surgical and X-ray machines to end users and developing new dental offices in the Tokai area.

Kenji Furushiro holds an MBA in Finance from the University of La Verne, which they obtained from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed a pre-MBA program at the University of Arkansas from 2003 to 2004. Kenji also has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Chukyo University, which they earned between 1992 and 1996.
