Stephanie Bila

Stephanie Bila is an accomplished Senior Designer at Paspaley since December 2024 and the founder and Director of Stephanie Chloe Bila Ltd since June 2012, where expertise involves designing and making jewellery collections, collaborating with other designers, and offering freelance design consultancy. With significant experience as a Jewellery Design Consultant at Shaun Leane Ltd from April 2017 to January 2025, Stephanie has contributed to the development of bespoke jewellery projects and collections. Previous roles include Design Consultant at SWAROVSKI, Head of Design at Astley Clarke Ltd, and Jewellery Designer at Shanghai Tang, where responsibilities encompassed trend research, creative direction, and managing sample production. Stephanie Bila holds a Masters in Applied Arts and Design from Richemont: Creative Academy and a BA in Jewellery Design from the University of the Arts London, complemented by prior studies in Fashion Design and a Foundation in Art and Design.
