Tania Franchi

Tania Franchi has extensive experience in customer service and team management. Currently serving as a Service Assistant at Pasquarelli Auto since September 2018, Tania is responsible for managing post-sales calls, customer appointments, and lead generation, while preparing commercial proposals. Prior to this role, Tania worked at Maran S.p.A. from November 2011 to December 2017 as a Team Leader, overseeing credit recovery activities and managing team performance and planning. Tania's earlier experience includes service in the Italian Army from September 2009 to September 2011, focusing on post-earthquake operations and administrative tasks. Additionally, Tania worked as a sales representative at Wind Tre from October 2008 to August 2009, where responsibilities included direct sales, customer management, and post-sales assistance. Tania graduated from Istituto Magistrale G. Marconi.
