Gabriel Wamunyu

Gabriel Wamunyu is a Junior Developer at Pass It Down. Gabriel was previously a Software Development Intern at Neurotargeting, where they implemented factory design pattern for secure web access to distributed databases. Gabriel also worked on automatic processes for synchronizing cloud and local databases. Prior to that, they were a Business Analyst at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where they worked with the Surgery Department to streamline the process of scheduling surgeries. Gabriel was also a Central Library Circulation Desk Staff at Vanderbilt University, where they were tasked with finding, checking in and checking out books to library users. Gabriel has also co-founded Asili Labs LLC, where they were the Full Stack Engineer, and Savana Online Mart Ltd, where they were the Co-founder and Chief Technical Officer.

Gabriel Wamunyu pursued a Bachelor of Engineering at Vanderbilt University, where they specialized in Computer Engineering. Gabriel also holds an A level Certificate from the African Leadership Academy, which they earned in Physics, Mathematics and Economics, Entrepreneurial Leadership and African Studies. Finally, Gabriel has a KCSE Certificate from Strathmore School, where they earned an A in all their courses.
