Thomas Sanders is the owner, executive chef, and instructor at Rock & Roller - Bakery and Catering Service. Previously, Thomas served as the Director of Youth Outreach at Pass IT On, Inc, and as the Food Service Director and Assistant Food Service Director at First Baptist Church of Highland Park. Thomas also has experience as a Pastry Cook/Production Baker at The Tryst Trading Company and as a Line Cook at The Coupe DC. With a background in Culinary Arts/Chef Training, Thomas has demonstrated expertise in menu planning, food cost control, and kitchen management across various roles in the culinary industry.
