Nikki Jacobs

Nikki Jacobs has a strong background in operations and management, with experience working in various roles at companies such as Pass the Keys®, Merlin Entertainments plc, and Continuum Attractions. With a degree in Events Management from Leeds Metropolitan University, Nikki has excelled in roles such as General Manager at The Emmerdale Studio Experience and Yorks Chocolate Story. Prior to that, Nikki held positions at Gambado Limited and Monkey Bizness. Currently, Nikki serves as the Central Operations Manager, Franchise Partner Account Manager, and City Manager in York at Pass the Keys®.
