PASSA is an online run coaching collective helping women of all levels train with confidence, knowledge and expert support.

Founded in 2020, PASSA provides personalised coaching, expert guidance and a supportive global community designed to help women achieve their running goals - whether that’s running their first 5K, completing a marathon, or building a consistent relationship with running.

Our coaching approach recognises that successful training extends beyond running alone. PASSA athletes receive holistic support through:

• Personalised run coaching
• Strength training for runners
• Structured training plans
• Coach guidance and accountability
• Community support and events

Alongside coaching, PASSA is also a growing voice in the women’s running and women’s health space. Through webinars, workshops and partnerships, we deliver education that helps women better understand their bodies, their training and their long-term relationship with running.

At PASSA, community sits at the centre of everything we do - connecting women through shared goals, support and the confidence to keep moving forward.
