Erick Widman

Erick Widman is the Founder and Managing Attorney at Passage Immigration Law, where since December 2011, the focus has been on assisting businesses, individuals, and families with immigration services, including securing visas and green cards for employees and helping investors start businesses. Prior to this role, Erick Widman worked as a Business & Immigration Attorney at Erick Widman, Attorney at Law from April 2007 to February 2012, advising European and U.S. clients. At Philips Lumileds from January 2004 to March 2007, Erick Widman served as Corporate Counsel, handling joint development and manufacturing agreements and managing the export compliance program. Earlier, as Contracts Manager at Philips Lumileds (November 2000 - December 2003), Erick Widman negotiated customer, supplier, and distributor agreements. Additionally, Erick Widman was a Visiting Lecturer at Budapest College of Economics from August 1999 to June 2000, teaching international trade and business law to Hungarian undergraduates. Erick Widman holds a JD from the University of California, Davis, School of Law and a B.A. in International Political Science from UCLA.
