Matthew Garces is the Director of Passages Latino and has been in this role since 2025. A graduate of the University of Georgia, Matthew earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs and Political Science, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a minor in French. In 2016, Matthew participated in an exchange program at Sciences Po, further enhancing their knowledge in international relations. Prior to this position, Matthew gained experience as a Senior Mid-Atlantic Campus Coordinator at StandWithUs and completed a graduate public speaking seminar at The Buckley School of Public Speaking in 2022.
