Alan Clifton has a diverse work experience in the commercial real estate industry. Alan is currently the Chief Investment Officer at Passco Companies, LLC since 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer from 2017 to 2017, overseeing operations, management services, and property management. Alan also held the position of Senior Vice President from 2014 to 2016, responsible for obtaining debt and recapitalization, joint venture partnerships, and supporting national acquisition activities. Before joining Passco Companies, Alan worked as a Vice President at another real estate operating company. Alan also has experience as a Division President at BayHarbor Management Services, where they managed assets in multiple states. Earlier in their career, they served as a Vice President at Passco Companies, a General Manager at CarrAmerica Realty, and a Sr. Portfolio Manager at Charles Dunn Company. Alan also founded and sold a commercial/residential real estate brokerage company called Service Plus Financial Corporation. Alan's expertise includes asset and property management, leasing, finance, and acquisition.

Alan Clifton CPM has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from UCLA, which they obtained between 1981 and 1986. In addition, they have obtained additional certifications including a Certified Property Manager from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a Salesperson's License from the California Department of Real Estate in October 1995.
