My Ngoc Chau currently serves as Education Manager at Passerelles numériques since September 2020, following roles as a Training Specialist at OYO and Lotte Duty Free Vietnam. Prior experience includes positions at Almanity Hoi An Wellness Resort as Training Assistant and Training Supervisor, and at Vietcapital Bank as Customer Relations Manager, leading a credit team and managing customer relations. My Ngoc Chau also held the position of Head of Hung Vuong Transaction Office at Indovinabank, overseeing all business activities within that office. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the College of Economics, Hue University, and a Train the Trainer certificate from Action Training Institute.

They give 35% of their salary monthly to their family, enabling younger brothers and sisters to go to school and study. Originally born from an idea shared by the NGO, Enfants du Mékong and the international consulting company, Accenture, Passerelles Numériques believes that the private sector can work hand in hand with the non-profit sector.
