David Harris

David Harris has a vast and impressive career in construction inspection, having worked with various companies such as Passero Associates, RS&H, and Parsons Brinckerhoff. With a background in technical engineering and concrete production, David has led and managed multiple award-winning projects in Northeast Florida. David has also been involved in overseeing the construction of bridges, airport facilities, public parks, and airfield improvements throughout their career.
