R Scott Reiser

R Scott Reiser co-founded Passio Technologies in September 2010 and serves as Chief Technology Officer, focusing on innovative solutions for transportation systems, particularly in passenger counting, access, validation, and reporting. Prior experience includes founding and serving as President of Adapting Technologies from August 2002 to January 2018, providing IT solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Reiser was also Principal at Westfield Partners, a design-build firm, from September 2004 to January 2009, and Owner of NSRC Technology Consulting from January 2001 to August 2002. Additional roles include WAN/LAN/Communications Manager at Sandvik Mining and Construction and Director of Information Technology at Argents Express Group. R Scott Reiser holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder.
