The team includes individuals who have served as an Executive Director, Interim CEO, Digital Director, and CFO for companies such as Monzo Bank, Tide, QXL Ricardo plc, and AOL UK. Other members of the team have experience as a Board Member, Board Observer, Investor, and Founder for companies such as Lassie, Adconion Media Group, and Noma Swimwear. In terms of education, the team members hold degrees from universities such as the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, the University of Cambridge, and the University of Oxford.
