Benedicto Basto Figueroa has a diverse professional background in accounting and finance, with current experience as an Accounts Payable specialist at Passion Growers since June 2022. Previous roles include an Accounting Analyst at Almacafé Operador Logístico Integral, a Financial Advisor at CREDISOLUCIONES A TU ALCANCE, and a General Accountant at LENM SAS. From January 2017 to January 2020, Benedicto served as the Accounting Coordinator at PERFIMETALES Y LAMINAS LTDA, and held positions as an Accounting Assistant at Cinevision and TBA TOTAL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION LTDA. Earlier experience includes assisting with customer complaints at Credivalores and SERDAN, as well as managing a workshop at DORADO MOTORS. Benedicto has pursued multiple educational qualifications, including a degree in Accounting from Politécnico Grancolombiano and several diplomas in financial analysis and international auditing standards. Currently, Benedicto is enhancing skills as a Power BI consultant through DATA EDU.

Passion Growers, founded in 2001 by Cheryl Peisach and Sam Ferrara, conceived the idea for what would become our company. The farms have achieved several voluntary initiatives to conduct environmentally and socio/economic friendly practices. The farms are ISO 9000, BASC and Rainforest Alliance certified. Today, Passion Growers offers more than 200 varieties of roses and spray roses and are available in more than 5,000 supermarket and grocery stores around the country. Recently, Passion Growers was named “The Official Rose of the Rose Bowl,” and "The Official Rose of the 2011 Miss America Pageant."
