Sebastian Vanegas Iregui currently serves as a Data Analyst at Passion Growers since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an MBA Summer Associate in the Private Bank - Latam division at J.P. Morgan Private Bank from June 2022 to August 2022, and as a Corporate Banker at Banco Santander from January 2017 to August 2021. Earlier positions encompass Corporate Banker, Cash Management Consultant, and Executive Management Assistant at Banco de Bogotá from June 2011 to December 2016, and an Internship at Helm Bank in June 2009 to December 2009. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Wealth Management, Real Estate, and Fintech from the University of Miami Herbert Business School (2021-2023), a dual degree in Economics and Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes (2004-2010), and a Master's in Corporate Finance from CESA (2012-2014).

Passion Growers, founded in 2001 by Cheryl Peisach and Sam Ferrara, conceived the idea for what would become our company. Our commitment to being socially responsible means striving to incorporate our values and ethics into everything we do - from how we run our business, to how we treat our employees, to how we impact the communities where we live and work. The farms have achieved several voluntary initiatives to conduct environmentally and socio/economic friendly practices. The farms are ISO 9000, BASC and Rainforest Alliance certified. Today, Passion Growers offers more than 200 varieties of roses and spray roses and are available in more than 5,000 supermarket and grocery stores around the country. Recently, Passion Growers was named “The Official Rose of the Rose Bowl,” and "The Official Rose of the 2011 Miss America Pageant."
