Nikaila Govender

Nikaila Govender has three years of work experience. Nikaila began their career in 2019 as a Cloud Support Associate at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In 2022, they took on the role of Technical Customer Service Representative at Passion.io, and also became a Technical Writer at Navigate Support & Documentation. At NSD, they were responsible for helping SaaS companies document their products through knowledge bases, user guides, product videos, in-app tours, playbooks, and more.

Nikaila Govender's education history includes attending the Durban University of Technology from 2016 to 2019, where they studied Information Technology. In July 2018, they were awarded the IBM Application Security Engineer Explorer Award and Mastery Award for Students 2017-2019. Nikaila also obtained certifications from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business in December 2016, including Computing Fundamentals, IC3 Digital Literacy Certification, Key Applications, and Living Online. In June 2020, they were awarded the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon. Nikaila is currently enrolled in a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology Management at MANCOSA. Additionally, they are enrolled in the Cisco Networking Academy.
