Katherine Teh

Katherine Teh serves as the Executive Chair at Spektrum Development, focusing on integrating social responsibility into minerals development for enhanced social, environmental, and financial outcomes. As a Sustainable Systems Development Strategist at TEH&CO, Katherine empowers sustainable development through strategic partnerships. Katherine chairs the Advisory Board for Passive Place and acts as an Ambassador for the Honour Roll with the Victorian Government. Recent advisory roles include serving as an Independent Industry Adviser for SXSW Sydney and participating as a member of the Forest Industry Taskforce with the Australian Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment. Katherine's previous leadership includes executive positions at the Research Unit in Public Cultures at the University of Melbourne, the Castan Centre for Human Rights Law, and founding Futureye, a consultancy for social licence. Additionally, Katherine contributed as a Global Ambassador for the UN Global Compact - Cities Programme. Educational credentials include studies at Harvard Business School, the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and Deakin University, among others.
