Cleve Tzung

Cleve Tzung is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at Passport Technology, starting in January 2021. Prior to this, Cleve was the Chief Revenue Officer at Australis Capital. Cleve also founded Kidify, a company that created a bluetooth connected development platform for children. Cleve has an extensive background in corporate development and M&A, having worked at Mattel as the Head of Global Corporate Development and M&A. Cleve also has experience in portfolio management, analysis, and negotiation from previous roles at Ivory Capital, Lakeway Capital, Berenson and Company, Deutsche Bank, Airtouch, and PepsiCo. Cleve holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Systems Engineering.
