Cecily Bolton

Cecily Bolton serves as the Vice President of Client Success and Implementations at Passport since August 2024, following their role as Director of Customer Success at FinQuery from October 2023 to July 2024. Previously, Bolton held the position of Director of Client Success at Passport from January 2019 to October 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of 10 Client Success Managers while managing a diverse client base responsible for significant annual revenue. Prior experience includes Client Services Manager at Web.com, where Bolton led a team in managing enterprise accounts and innovating customer service processes. Earlier roles at Yodle and Carolinas Healthcare System contributed to a solid foundation in customer success, marketing strategy, and client relationship management, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Management from East Carolina University.
