Corinne Kirkendall

EVP of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs at PassTime

Corinne Kirkendall completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Wyoming in 2003 before moving to Washington, DC to co-chair the College Republican National Committee. She joined PassTime in 2005 and has been the key driver and industry leader in state lobbying efforts, consumer compliance, CFPB, and FTC compliance initiatives ever since. Corinne directs the organization’s policies and objectives involving local, state, and federal government affairs. She assists in the establishment of corporate strategies, policies, and plans (which align with government laws, regulations, and standards), coordinates inspection of the organization and contract facilities and develops procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. Corinne received her Masters's Degree in Business from Regis University in 2007 and is a graduate of the NAF Consumer Credit Compliance Executive Certification.
