Roena Whitehill serves as the Executive Vice President and Head of Lending at Passumpsic Savings Bank, a position held since May 2003, where responsibilities include overseeing consumer and commercial loan production, as well as managing credit, processing, servicing, and asset recovery departments. Prior to this role, Roena Whitehill worked as a Paralegal at the Law Office of Charles D. Hickey from February 1986 to May 2003. Roena Whitehill is an alumnus of Lyndon State College.
