Jaume Armengol Alert is an accomplished quality management professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as the Responsable de Calidad for the dry pasta division at Grupo Gallo since April 2015, responsibilities include managing quality departments across multiple plants, unifying processes, and overseeing compliance with existing certifications. Prior roles include overseeing quality control at Casa Ametller and leading the quality and food safety department at IRC - Investigació i Recerca Culinària. Jaume holds a Master's Degree in Chemistry and Food Engineering from Universitat Ramon Llull and a degree in Biology from Universitat de Barcelona. Additional qualifications include expertise in gluten-free products, ecological certification projects, and a strong background in quality control processes, food safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
