Paul le Poidevin

Paul Le Poidevin serves as the Head of Operations at Pastdue Credit Solutions Ltd since December 2017, where responsibilities include managing quality, risk, compliance, and HR, alongside overseeing key client BPO and recoveries contracts. Expertise includes knowledge of FCA rulebooks such as CONC, SYSC, and DISP, with a focus on developing policies and procedures that adhere to regulatory requirements. Additionally, Paul leads the maintenance and reporting of the Enterprise Risk Management framework and serves as Data Protection Officer, managing ISO accreditations. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Head of Customer Operations at Arvato Financial Solutions from December 2005 to November 2017. Paul completed a MA Hons in Russian Language and Literature at The University of Glasgow from 1991 to 1996.
