Michael Dunaway

Michael Dunaway is an accomplished editor and film industry professional with extensive experience in content creation and festival management. Serving as Editor At Large for Paste Magazine since September 2010, Dunaway is also a Founding Partner at both Poitier and Dunaway Motion Pictures and Gasoline Films. Dunaway's leadership experience includes roles as Creative Director at the Portland Film Festival and the Sarasota Film Festival, where oversight of all film programs and program development was paramount. Prior to entering the film industry, Dunaway held various sales management positions in publishing and asset management. Academically, Dunaway holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Fairfield University, an MBA in Finance from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, and a BA in English from The University of the South.
