Tim Grierson

Tim Grierson has extensive experience in the field of film criticism and journalism. Tim began their career in 2005 as a Senior U.S. Critic and Film Critic for Screen International. In 2012, Grierson also worked as a Film Critic for Backstage and Deadspin. In 2013, they became the Chief Film Critic for Paste Magazine and also worked as a Freelance Writer for Playboy Enterprises, Inc. Grierson expanded their roles in 2014, working as a Critic/Journalist for Popular Mechanics and Rolling Stone Magazine. Tim also served as a Contributing Editor for MEL Industries from 2014 until 2022. In 2015, Grierson joined The New Republic as a Film Critic. Throughout their career, they have provided film columns for IFC Fix from 2012 to 2013.
