Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Sunnova Energy since January 2012, Celeste has contributed to the growth of this leading residential solar and energy storage service provider. Previous positions include Senior Corporate Recruiter at Pastorini-Bosby Talent Agency, where performance as a professional actor and voice talent was also showcased. Celeste has held corporate recruiter roles at AdvisorHub and SunCap Financial, as well as executive recruiter positions at JK Consultants and The Z Firm. Noteworthy early career experience includes directing the Associate and Analyst Program at Enron and working as an Executive Search Consultant with Meridian Executive Search. Celeste holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Houston.
