Theresa Kipp- O'Toole

Theresa (Resa) Kipp-O'Toole is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in education and the performing arts. Currently serving as the Auxiliary Programs Director at The Post Oak School since December 2023, and an actor at Pastorini-Bosby Talent Agency, Theresa has previously held key positions including Head of School and Program Manager at Guidepost Montessori from October 2020 to September 2023. Additional roles include Montessori Specialist at ABA Verbal Behavior Clinics of Texas, Primary Intern at The Post Oak School, and Marketing and Business Development Coordinator at Montessori House for Children. Earlier experience includes working at the Baha'i World Centre and Stages Repertory Theatre. Theresa holds a Master of Education from Loyola University Maryland, Bachelor's degrees from Ithaca College, and has completed studies at the Moscow Art Theatre School and the Houston Montessori Institute.
