Currently serving as a Sales Logistics Specialist at LNC Logistics LLC since January 2024, Will has a long-standing career as a Real Estate Agent since October 2004 at Will Hernandez Real Estate, focusing on marketing, business development, and relationship management for various property types. As the Founder and Director of Serve Team, Will leads an organization dedicated to community involvement and service. With a background in acting and modeling, including roles at Pastorini-Bosby Talent Agency and A Plus Actors, Will also has experience in youth leadership and fundraising with Reach Youth Global. Prior entrepreneurial ventures include founding Vida Tees, which addresses global water crises. Will's educational background includes studies at Lonestar Kingwood and the School of Real Estate, complemented by a High School Diploma from Humble High School.

We represent a diverse group of acting professionals with a wide range of skills, abilities and ethnicities. We are licensed by the state of Texas and franchised by AFTRA and SAG, and to accommodate Texas' Right To Work environment we represent union and non-union actors. Because we know that time is money and in the entertianment industry (almost) anything has to be produced yesterday, we can turn your voice overs and on camera auditions around very quickly using our state of the art digital audio and video facilities.
