Kevin Desouza

Kevin DeSouza has extensive work experience in the beauty industry, with their most recent position being the Director of Global Creative Operations at Pat McGrath Cosmetics since December 2018. Prior to that, they worked at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where they held various roles such as Director of Creative Integrated Marketing, Manager of Creative Marketing and Merchandising, Manager of North America Education, and Assistant Manager of North America Education. Kevin also served as the Retail Store Development Real Estate Coordinator and the ORIGINS Global Communications Administrative Assistant at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc.

Kevin DeSouza attended Hunter College from 2008 to 2012, where they pursued a degree in Communications with a focus on Communication and Media Studies. In 2015, they obtained additional certifications in various aspects of fragrance development, evaluation, structure and communication, marketing, trends, and development from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
