Sebastian Jackson

Sebastian Jackson has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles within the cosmetics and supply chain industries. Sebastian is currently working as the Senior Director of Operations at Pat McGrath Cosmetics since June 2022. Previously, they held positions at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, where they served as the Transformation Director from June 2021 to December 2021 and as the Customer Operations Director from July 2020 to June 2021. Before that, Sebastian worked as the Global Head of Customer Supply Chain from January 2018 to July 2020 and as the Head of Sales Operations from June 2016 to December 2017 at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. Prior to joining Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, they worked at Mizkan Europe Ltd as the Customer Logistics Manager from August 2014 to May 2016. Sebastian also gained experience at Unilever, where they served as the Ice-Cream Logistics Operations Manager for the UK&I region from June 2013 to July 2014. Sebastian was also a Tesco Replenishment Specialist from July 2012 to May 2013, leading the implementation of a new collaborative process with Tesco Ireland to improve promotional forecasts and analyzing supply chain performance. Additionally, Sebastian worked as a Supply Chain Innovation Analyst from October 2010 to June 2012 at Unilever, focusing on improving on-shelf availability and managing a cost-neutral change for the Unilever UK OSA audit. Sebastian started their career at Wolseley, where they held roles such as Supply Chain Development Analyst from December 2008 to September 2010, and as an Inventory Analyst from October 2007 to November 2008. Sebastian began their professional journey as a European Graduate at Wolseley plc from September 2005 to September 2007.

Sebastian Jackson attended the University of Warwick from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a 2:1 degree in English and French. Prior to their university education, they attended the Judd School in Tonbridge from 1993 to 2001. In addition to their academic qualifications, Sebastian also received a Solutions Award from the Institute of Customer Service in October 2011.
