Karen Khoury

Karen Khoury is an experienced professional with a diverse background in account management, client relations, and content creation. Currently serving as a Client Sales Account Manager at Patagonia Health since March 2021, Karen focuses on building relationships and providing support to Public Health and Behavioral Health customers across the United States. In addition to this role, Karen contributes as a writer for both Wake Living Magazine and 919 Magazine, conducting interviews and covering events. Previous positions include Account Manager roles at IXL Learning and Dude Solutions, where Karen specialized in educational software and healthcare solutions, respectively, managing significant client portfolios and improving implementation processes. Karen also has extensive experience in technology project management from tenure at Ramsey High School, and held director and consulting roles in insurance planning and technology implementation from 2003 to 2007.
