Keala Stephan

Keala Stephan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital product creation and development at Patagonia since June 2006. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Digital Product Creation, Process Integration, Size & Fit, Keala leads the development and implementation of 3D digital product creation processes and infrastructure, driving digital transformation from concept to consumer-ready products. Throughout the tenure at Patagonia, roles included Digital Product Creation Lead and Product Development Manager, where Keala demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing product development teams and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. Prior experience includes roles at Global Brand Marketing Inc. and Performance Apparel Corp, as well as serving as a Business Sector Volunteer with the United States Peace Corps in Honduras. Keala holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
