Melissa Rich

Melissa Rich is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in design, marketing, and community leadership. Currently serving as a Grant Council member and Women+ Patagonia Community Group Leader at Patagonia since January 2022, Melissa focuses on empowering women-identifying employees through initiatives rooted in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Additionally, Melissa works at River Multimedia LLC as a Web and User Experience Designer, contributing to non-profit projects. Previous roles include founder of Melissa Rich Photography, where Melissa managed design and branding efforts, and positions as Lead Designer and Marketing Specialist at Run Away With Me and Studio Manager at BLR Photography. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Fort Lewis College and has furthered education in UI/UX design and photography through various institutions.
