Shane's career also includes a notable tenure at The Kraft Heinz Company, where roles ranged from Head of Talent for Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea to National Business Manager. Early in Shane's career at Ferrero Australia, responsibilities included National Account Manager, State Sales Manager, and Area Business Manager.
