Sheryl Shushan is a seasoned professional in early childhood development and family services, currently serving as the Director of Global Family Services at Patagonia since February 2016, where Sheryl leads initiatives such as paid parental leave and onsite childcare. Previously, Sheryl was the Early Childhood Leadership Commission Manager for the Office of Early Childhood at the State of Colorado, focusing on enhancing outcomes for children and families through improved public and private investments. Additionally, Sheryl held the position of Executive Director at Grand Beginnings, advocating for access and quality in early childhood education and support. Earlier in their career, Sheryl directed preschool and children's programs at C Lazy U Ranch. Sheryl holds a Master's Degree in Educational Administration and Policy from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Naropa University.
