Sebastian Charre has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Sebastian began their career in 2005, working as a Customer Service Representative and later as a Customer Service Project Manager at Apex America, where they managed customer service teams and handled North American customer accounts.

In 2009, they joined The Mosaic Company as a Process Coordinator, overseeing continuous process control and managing work teams for the unloading, processing, and packaging of raw materials for fertilizers.

Sebastian then moved on to Blueconnect Contact Center in 2010, where they held various roles. As a Sales Project Manager, they supervised TELECOM group product salespeople and focused on managing indicators and individual performance. Sebastian later became a Sales Account Manager, responsible for managing different sales projects for PERSONAL and TELECOM products. Additionally, they served as an Account Manager, handling the customer service account for PERSONAL and implementing actions to achieve goals and profitability.

In 2018, Sebastian became a Senior Account Manager at Blueconnect Contact Center, responsible for customer service account management for both TELECOM and PERSONAL clients. Sebastian was also involved in sales account management for TELECOM and CABLEVISION. Sebastian coordinated growth, staff development, and ensured a large-scale start-up.

From 2019 to 2022, Sebastian worked as a Senior Account Manager at Konecta Argentina. Here, they were responsible for managing accounts for TELECOM B2B, implementing digital transformation strategies for administrative and technical attention. Sebastian also played a crucial role in introducing omnichannel customer service models.

Most recently, Sebastian joined Patagonian in 2023 as a Project Manager. Sebastian manages staff augmentation accounts, monitors the performance of developers and designers on different projects, and maintains client relations.

Sebastian Charre completed their Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires' from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional from 1999 to 2002. In 2022 to 2023, they enrolled in the Universidad de Belgrano to obtain a Diploma in Management Capabilities, Emotional Intelligence and Agile Methodologies in the field of Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they completed a University Program on Team Management in 2007 to 2008 at the Universidad Blas Pascal, focusing on Business Leadership. In 2004, they attained the First Certificate of English from the University of Cambridge.
