Maroun Najjar has worked in the design industry since 2013. Maroun began their career as a User Experience Researcher at Kicksend, which was acquired by Lyft in 2013. In 2014, they became a Product Designer at 10% Happier: Meditation for Fidgety Skeptics (formerly Change Collective). In 2015, they moved to Netpulse, which was acquired by eGym, as a Senior Product Designer. In 2017, they joined Earnest LLC as Lead Product Designer, where they were responsible for the new in-school loans product, engagement team, and Earnest Credit Card. Maroun also co-hosted the Earnest Money podcast and co-presented at national industry conferences. In 2021, they were appointed Head of Design at Patch.
Maroun Najjar holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Northeastern University.
