James Franciere

James Franciere is a seasoned aerospace professional with extensive experience in space operations and training development. Currently serving as a Senior Space Subject Matter Expert at PatchPlus Consulting, Inc., Franciere provides expertise within Ground Command Control Communications (GC3) for USSF Mission Unique systems while exploring innovative connectivity technologies. Previous roles include Course Lead at the United States Space Force, overseeing the training of cadets at the University of North Dakota, and various leadership positions in the United States Air Force, focusing on defense operations and space system management. Franciere has a proven track record in developing tactical strategies, conducting training programs, and leading joint interagency teams in support of national security objectives.
