Patchy is building a secure kernel for AI-native enterprise software, starting with CRM.

Today, companies bend their workflows around fixed software. When the system does not match how the business actually works, the real process spills into spreadsheets, side tools, Slack threads, admin hacks, and founder memory.

Patchy gives teams a governed way to change that. Users can describe the workflow, dashboard, automation, integration, or agent they need. Patchy turns that intent into a controlled patch or agentic workflow that runs through the kernel's identity, permissions, policy, audit, approval, rollback, and runtime controls.

We are starting with CRM because that is where workflow pain shows up first, especially for sales, RevOps, customer success, operations, logistics, and compliance-heavy teams.

The goal is simple: enterprise software should adapt to how each company actually works, while staying secure, governed, and maintainable.
