Gayla Andrews

Gayla Andrews is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at PATCO Products since April 2024, Gayla previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Corbion, overseeing HR functions for multiple manufacturing facilities and a distribution center. Prior to that, Gayla spent significant time at Sprint in various roles, including IT Project Manager III and Employee Relations Manager, where responsibilities ranged from technology implementation to providing HR consultative services. Gayla also served as HR Director at Safari Club International, guiding the HR function during a period of organizational change. Early career experience includes managing HR operations for a large call center at Sprint. Gayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Baker University.
