Jay Guiliano

Jay Guiliano has worked in the legal field for over 25 years. Jay began their career as an Associate at Hancock & Estabrook, LLP in 1996. In 2000, they moved to Howrey LLP where they held the roles of Partner and Associate. In 2010, they became a Partner at Novak Druce + Quigg LLP. In 2014, they founded Patdek Software, LLC. In 2016, they moved to Polsinelli PC as a Shareholder. Finally, in 2022, they became a Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP.

Jay Guiliano received a JD from Syracuse University College of Law in 1996, where they studied Law. Prior to this, they earned a BSME from Bucknell University in 1993, where they studied Mechanical Engineering. Jay also holds a USPTO Registration No. 41,810 from the USPTO.
