François's background also includes significant positions at Richemont Asia-Pacific and Richemont Latin America & Caribbean, where expertise was demonstrated in overseeing large teams and multiple brands. Notably, François led the establishment of watchmaking schools in collaboration with WOSTEP in both Hong Kong and Shanghai. François holds a Master’s Degree in Microengineering from EPFL and has furthered professional development through executive education at INSEAD.
